We recently purchased a three-piece Olympia luggage set from a local retailer. It was very easy to pack and organize, and the 360-rotation wheels were a godsend on an overseas family trip. When one of the wheels became severely damaged on rough terrain, I contacted the company by email to find out where I could purchase a replacement part. The company's immediate response was to ask me to send them pictures of the damaged wheel so that they could determine if it might be covered by warranty. I sent the pictures; they said that they considered it to be a warranty issue and that they would gladly replace the entire piece of luggage. I paid $9.50 for shipping and within a few days, I had the new piece of luggage, identical to the remainder of the set. Dealing with Olympia/American Luggage was a delightful experience; they really went above and beyond not only to make sure that their product was entirely satisfactory but also to make sure that my interaction with the company was as pleasant and as easy as could be. Count me as a huge fan of their products and of their customer-friendly and service-oriented approach to doing business.

Well made and tough, although when heavy they don't roll as easy in all directions... probably most suitcases are like that though with an undistributed 50 pounds. The color is awesome, want to use scotch guard though, they dirty pretty quickly through airport trans.

I love these bags. They are easy to spot in the airport on the baggage carousel and they're a pretty purple color. I have travelled with these several times and have held up well so far.
