I have used the luggage set on a long distance trip and am very happy with the products. The suitcases are light and the 4 wheels are very handy, especially when you need to move all 3 suitcases on your own. Qualitywise they make a good impression, except that they scratch very easily and since the surface is shiny, the scratches are well visible. I however expected this beforehand and do not mind the quickly established used look of the luggage set. I would have prefered to have more storage pouches in the small carry-on bag, though. It has the same design as the bigger ones, which is not very practicle when you intend to carry things like documents, laptop and small gadgets and utensils.

This luggage set is awesome!! The wheels roll seemlessly across the carpet, tile, concrete, anything. They are exactly as advertised and in fact exceeding my expectations. I went to look at luggage the outlets and local department stores and neither had prices that came anywhere close to what we paid. We basically paid for the big one and got the other 2 free! I love the hardshell!

I bought this as an Amazon Lightning deal, which greatly influenced my enthusiasm to purchase the suitcase set - They arrived nested within each other in 1 package, which was nice. I expected a bit more rigid construction of the hard outer shell - it is a bit flimsy, but adequate nevertheless. They work very well, and provide an extra layer of security via the hard shell than the old canvas-based suitcases that I have owned previously. The only major flaw with this product is the scuff marks! It is amazing how easily they scuff up! If you don't mind the "distressed" look after your first use at an airport, then these are a good value.
Overall: Fair - I wouldn't pay full price though.
