When i got the luggage shipment, i was impressed to see the fit and finish. It really looked good. But my happiness just lasted for one travel from PHX to BLR. The bigger luggage had lot of cuts, damage near the wheels, threads were coming out. The 2nd piece was Okay, luckily it didn't had much damage, just scratches here and there. Overall, i am not happy with the Quality. The one i bought here in India 6 years back, came out of the carousel without any cuts and damages.
Regret buying this :(. Wont recommend this at all.

Be careful, I ordered this luggage set but only ONE piece (smallest one) arrived.
Talked with amazon customer service rep and she told me that wrong order was delivered.
I was suspicious because it never happened to me before, so I asked her twice if she is sure that product description on amazon.com web site was correct. She confirmed so we went to the trip and used the piece that we got. No problems there, bag did its job very well.
We got back from the trip and guess what? Another identical ONE piece(smallest one) luggage set arrived. I returned both packages and got $$$ back.
