My husband and I went on vacation to Los Angeles, California for one week that's the first time the luggage was used before we made it back home in the airport the strap broke off so we couldn't connect the two luggage together then we notice the emblem had fell off. Not worth the money. Buy and better brand.

I live in Singapore and I received the item more quickly than I expected. It came 2 weeks earlier than quoted in the estimated arrival. Clapping for Amazon, to its excellent service. Amazon has never turned me down in terms of shipping and service since I started to purchase.
For the product, in fact, I don't feel it's a good buy compare to other listing products with the same price range $120 - $150. The outlook is not that fantastic, it is just an OK one. Moreover, the 3 in 1 set does not have a LOCK on any of them, so that means you have to buy your own lock to secure which I personally think it's a drawback for these item. Most of the hard shell luggage have attached lock. The interior layout carries a cheap look.

I used the large suitcase for a trip to Europe. The bottom busted open upon arrival and I had to purchase another suitcase. I would not recommend this product.
